Dr Yap Zhu Li is an ophthalmologist at the Singapore National Eye Centre sub-specialising in glaucoma.

At a young age, she was exposed to a great deal of community and humanitarian work by her parents and therein lies her particular passion, leading to her involvement with The Vision Mission, The Myanmar Eye Care Project, ORBIS and the Fred Hollows Foundation in various capacities.
