15 November 2008 : AWDS supports raising public awareness of endometriosis at the “Women’s Health Empowerment Forum”

The forum at Suntec City was organized by SEAS founder, Azeeza Jalaludeen (an endometriosis sufferer herself and Founder of SEAS- Shine Endometriosis Awareness & Support), who is also co-founder for SHINE – Self Help International Network Enterprise.
SEAS (SHINE Endometriosis Awareness and Support) is a non-profit support group, educating and empowering teenage girls, women and their families in Asia on the professional Holistic approach to Endometriosis and other menstrual health issues.SEAS also creates awareness in educators and men, so that they can effectively support the teenage girls and women in their lives.There were 3 speakers for that afternoon:
Dr Susan Evans, pelvic and laparoscopic surgeon, - Co-founder of Asia Pacific Endometriosis Alliance, co-founder of Adelaide Branch, Australian endometriosis Center, Author of Endometriosis & other Pelvic Pain
Ms Ketki Vinayachandra- an Australian trained Naturopath, herbalist, and Head of Natural Fertility Department, Natural Therapies Centre, Singapore.
Dr. Ramesh Nambiar – Founder of SHINE, international lifestyle professional, mind empowerment specialist, founder of MindEnReach Program, Author of The Instant Life Changer
