It was a fabulous evening at Raffles Town Club with the gathering of new and old members. This AGM also saw the voting in of the new committee. It was most apt to invite the founder of AWDS, Dr Kanwaljit Soin as the special guest for this event. We were fortunate to hear her talk about the very beginnings of AWDS. She brought us down memory lane to 20 years ago, when the situation for women healthcare professionals was very different in Singapore.
